Meet the Team
Sherrill Jordan, DDS
Dr. Sherrill Jordan is first and foremost a Christian, then a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Dr. Jordan did her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with Honors from the UNC School of Dentistry in 2007. Dr. Jordan is a member of the ADA, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Jordan played the trumpet for the Marching Tarheels while in college and remains a huge Tarheel fan to this day - she has never missed one of their homecoming events.
When not in the office, Dr. Jordan enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married to John Robert Jordan, the love of her life. They have a beautiful little girl named Juleigh Vena and are very active in their church.
Danielle is the dental hygienist at Jordan Family Dentistry. She is a Stanly County native and graduated from South Stanly High School. She obtained her Dental Assisting diploma from Rowan Cabarrus Community College and worked as a dental assistant before returning to school to fulfill her dream of becoming a Dental Hygienist. She graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree from Forsyth Technical Community College in May, 2012.
She currently lives in Stanly County with her husband Derrick and their dog Lilly.
Gina appreciates the atmosphere and the team’s careful attention to patient care and customer satisfaction. For Gina, the most rewarding part of her day is checking a satisfied patient out of the office and the opportunities she has to talk with patients - in the office, or on the phone. She prides herself on the team’s work-ethic and it shows.
Gina is engaged to her best friend, Greg and has two wonderful boys: Shad and Travin. Her hobbies include watching movies, going to church, and attending her son’s track meets.
Jennifer grew up in Harrisburg NC and graduated from Central Cabarrus High School. She was has lived in several states including Guam due to military life. She has been a dental assistant since 2004 and currently is the New Patient Coordinator.
She currently lives in Midland with her husband Darren and son Jace. Jennifer has three Children, Jordan ,Jesie and Jace and two step sons, Jordan and Justin. She also has three grand-babies named Rainger, Silas and Tripp. She is very family-oriented and loves to cook and yoga.
Jaira graduated from Independence High School in 2009 and then went to Kaplan College where she learned to be a dental assistant. Jaira enjoys making patients feel comfortable and at home throughout their procedures.
Jaira Gordon was born in Houston, Texas, but grew up in Kings Mountain, NC, she now lives in Midland, NC. In her free time she enjoys attending her home church in Kings Mountain, going out on the lake, and also enjoys being with friends, family, and her boyfriend Cody.
My name is Christin Adkins I grew up in the Tennessee mountains. I moved to North Carolina almost two years ago, where I pursued a career in dental assisting I have been with Jordan Family Dentistry since September 2015. I have a sweet energetic Australian shepherd puppy name Taffy. My boyfriend Justin and I love to go camping and fishing
